Industry professionals are invited to register for the Professional Beauty Cape Town Expo, which takes place on Sunday, 5 March at the CTICC 2 (Cape Town International Convention Centre).
The expo will bring together leading suppliers in the beauty, nails, spa, hair and aesthetics sectors, who will showcase their latest products and technologies.
Pre-registration for the event is free. As part of the expo there will be a live skincare stage for demos and product launches, as well as informative and educational business seminars (tickets per seminar session are R40).
Business seminar topics include: How to market your salon without social media; Ensuring your staff is on par with the customer’s needs; How body, ethnicity and age diversity are impacting beauty brands; the Clean Beauty Movement and the Conscious Consumer; Entrepreneur academy/hub; How to keep your finances in check, debt management, accounting, payroll; What if Covid was the best thing that ever happened to your business?; The importance of professional training in beauty professions; and Industry organisations (i.e. Seta, ITEC, Cidesco, SAAHSP, etc) and what they provide for a beauty professional.
