With two more months of chilly weather to go, there is still ample time for salon owners to offer ‘Winter Warmer’ deals to attract customers through their doors during this slow season.
As Tania Biddle, owner of the award-winning Plush Nails & Beauty salon, points out in the June issue of the Professional Beauty magazine, special deals or discounts are likely to entice bookings.
“However, you need to proceed with this strategy the correct way. Avoid just dropping prices continuously with the aim of trying to get new clients and never discount your main income earning treatment,” she advises.
