Voting opens for Professional Beauty’s Industry Awards

Industry stakeholders are cordially invited to vote via SMS for the nominee in each category of Professional Beauty’s Industry Awards that they think most deserves to win.

The prestigious Industry Awards recognise South Africa’s top suppliers and the country’s leading sales rep.

Winners will be revealed at a Gala Dinner taking place on 15 March at The Venue in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg. Host for the evening on this, the biggest night in the beauty industry, is leading entertainer, Cathy Specific (aka Brendan van Rhyn aka Frank N. Furter in ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’). In an effort to maintain a fair voting system we have chosen an SMS system. The profits will go to our chosen charity, the SPCA.

Please follow the steps below to place your votes:

1. The SMS number is 33358. Each SMS vote will cost R1.50. Network fees apply & Free SMS’s do not apply​

2. Each nominee has a unique number before their name (see categories above)

3. In the text area, simply type the number of the supplier or person you wish to vote for. For example SMS "25" to 33358.

Only 1 SMS per category per vote. You may vote for other categories with the same cell phone number. Should you try to vote more than once for the same supplier or person in a particular category, your SMS will be charged for (good for the charity) but your vote will not count.

Voting closes at 9am on Monday, 3 February 2020.
