Top speakers lined up for Aesthetic Medicine Virtual Conference

The first in the Professional Beauty series of free online events, the Aesthetic Medicine Virtual Expo & Conference, takes place on Monday, 8 March.

Focusing on the latest aesthetic treatment technologies, modalities and cosmeceutical actives for stimulating collagen, the conference element features experts in their fields.

Dr Anastasia Botha will speak on skin injectable treatment modalities that stimulate collagen production, while Sané Niemand will present on a new treatment to perform periocular rejuvenation for the area around the eyes.

Winner of the 2020 Professional Beauty Award for Manager of the Year, Lourette du Toit, will expound on the all-important topic of practice management.

Andrew Best will cover equipment and technology that stimulates collagen and how they achieve this function.

The skin microbiome’s role in optimising skin health will be the subject of Trevor Steyn’s presentation, while Dr Judey Pretorius will reveal the best cosmeceutical ingredients that stimulate collagen production in the skin.

Concurrent with the conference, the Professional Beauty virtual platform will host a highly interactive expo, where registered delegates will be able to view products and directly connect with brands and suppliers. There will be a networking lounge and business ‘speed-dating’ sessions.
