Mental wellness and digitisation key topics at Professional Beauty Conference

The Professional Beauty 2019 Conference

Sales expert Shelley Walters, spa owner Kym Stafford, and life coach Zeenat Ganie are three of the speakers confirmed for the Professional Beauty Conference & Buyers Forum taking place on Monday, 2 November at Gallagher Convention Centre.

They will be joined by Esna Colyn, CEO of Imbalie Beauty, Jared Hines of the award-winning salon, Hines & Harley, Tamlin Joannides of The Lash & Brow Bar, and Ayesha Rajah of Social Medi8.

Spa professionals should take note of the topics that will be covered at the conference: Mental Wellness; How to ‘Digitise’ your Beauty Business and Create New Income Streams; How to Not Only Gain, but to Maintain a True Competitive Edge; Change You and Your Business for the Better; Unstoppable Social Media & Authentic Influencer Strategies; and Sustainable Beauty.

Delegates will also be able to interact with top beauty brands at the table top Buyers Forum.

Safety will be a top priority at the Professional Beauty Conference. Social distancing is strictly controlled at Gallagher Convention Centre, which has 60 automatic hand sanitsers. Every single delegate and exhibitor will be registered, with all details recorded just as if going to a salon or spa. Visiting this event will be safer than visiting a shopping mall.

A nominal fee of R550 per day will be charged per delegate for access to the conference seminars and the Buyers Forum, as well for lunch and refreshments. Due to social distancing regulations, numbers are limited.
