The recent World Spa & Wellness Convention in London saw a sharing of information between over 150 spa professionals from around the world.
As our report in the May 2022 issue of the Professional Beauty digital magazine points out, it was clear that in order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic, spas across the globe have had to do a 360-degree turn and literally re-invent their business models.
In the various presentations at the convention, the key words that stood out were innovation, wellness (most notably immersive wellness) and staff wellbeing.
