Considered an icon in the South African beauty and hair industry, Victor Msomi passed away on 8 January 2021.
Says the EOHCB (Employers Organisation for Hairdressing Cosmetology Beauty) Team: “It is with great sadness and regret that we inform the industry of the passing of Mr Victor Msomi. He had been a valued member of our organisation and served our industry and organisation as Vice President of the EOHCB, Chairperson and Delegate of the Southern Gauteng division, and also represented the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare industry on numerous structures, such as the Accounting Authority of the Services Seta.
“Victor will be sorely missed by the fraternity and we ask that you please keep his family in your thoughts as they go through this difficult time.
“We thank you Victor for the tremendous role you played in the success and growth of our organisation and the industry. You will be remembered for your passion, integrity, kindness and zest for life and you will be sorely missed. Rest in peace our colleague, leader, mentor and friend.”
