How to get more done in the salon

Establishing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), setting realistic goals and targets and creating a healthy work environment are essential to increasing staff productivity.

Furthermore, improving your own productivity as the salon owner will automatically help you to feel more in control of your working day.

So says beauty business expert Liz McKeon in the March issue of Professional Beauty. She continues: “If you are keen to bump up your efficiency, there are several simple steps you can implement, such as learning to prioritise your to-do list and knowing what to tackle first. Other useful tips are to turn off all notifications and learning to delegate.”
