According to COLIPA (The European Cosmetic, Toiletry and Perfumery Association), less than 6% of skin products penetrate the skin’s natural barrier so, if we wish to deliver clients the best treatments and results possible, I believe that technology must be employed, but only if it is safe and effective.”
