Andrea Smith wins ‘Mardi Gras’ nail comp

The NailFile Photographic ‘Mardi Gras’ Nail Design Challenge has been won by Andrea Smith for her stunning set of nails and incredibly detailed step by step. Desiree Todd placed second with her intriguing set of nails that explored many diverse facets of the New Orleans ‘Mardi Gras’. Melanie Kromer’s lovely set of nails were awarded third place.
