Skincare brands and aesthetic companies able to integrate AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology into their businesses have proved to have an edge over their competition.
This is according to an article by Karen Ellithorne in the August 2022 issue of the Professional Beauty digital magazine. The reason is mainly attributed to consumers demanding better online and mobile services over the Covid period and beyond, thus dramatically influencing the way beauty companies and businesses have evolved technologically.
